Cancellation Policy
Price increase effective Feb. 12th!! Cash, Apple Pay and zelle are accepted! Cash app is accepted with a $5 fee You have to cancel at least 12-24 hours in advance- last minute cancellation will be charged 50% of the total balance. Before the placement of your appointment, a $10-25 deposit is required, there is a $1 processing fee, then the rest which will go towards your appointment. This deposit is non- refundable! Running late? No worries, You have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 mins there is $10 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled! How to prep for your appointment • if you’re getting tinting, lamination or henna tinting please make sure your face is clean and MOISTURIZED. This is very important bc the tint will not apply well on the skin if it’s dry, flaky and not throughly clean. Exfoliating your brows days before your appointment will also help assure that's your brows are free of any dead skin. PLEASE be sure to put the correct contact information in when booking so I am able to contact you in case of an emergency!
